To be fair to all our patients, the following policy is in place:

• Aspen View Vet Hospital requires a minimum of one business day prior notice for appointments that need to be canceled or rescheduled. You can cancel/reschedule by calling us at (719) 638-6363 or by sending an email to [email protected].
• We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Please call to advise us if you are running late so we can determine if there is enough time to see your pet or if your appointment needs to be rescheduled.
• Subsequent missed appointments will result in a deposit fee that will need to be paid before any future appointments can be scheduled.
